REGULATIONS FOR THE PROVISION OF THE CONTACT FORM SERVICE
§ 1. Definitions
All expressions written in capital letters and other terms used in these Regulations have the meanings assigned to them below:

- Website – the Administrator’s website available at: https://portbs.eu,
- Contact Form – a service available on the Website, enabling the sending of an electronic message to the Administrator;
- Regulations – this document;
- Service – the service available on the Website, i.e., the Contact Form;
- User – the entity that uses the Service.
§ 2. General Provisions
- These Regulations define the rules for the provision of the Service by the Administrator via electronic means.
- Before giving consent to use the Services, Users must carefully read the Regulations.
- To use the Services, Users must have a computer or other multimedia device with access to the internet, any internet browser, and an active email account.
- Using the Services is voluntary.
- Anyone who is over 16 years old or has consent from a legal guardian or representative may use the Services.
- The provision of Services will start immediately after the User activates the Service in accordance with these Regulations.
- The Administrator implements security measures to protect against unauthorized access, unauthorized modification, disclosure, or destruction of data, including personal data.
§ 3. Contact Form Service
- The Contact Form allows the User to send an electronic message to the Administrator.
- Access to the Contact Form is free of charge.
- The use of the Contact Form Service is unlimited in time.
- The Contact Form Service may be used any number of times.
- By using the Contact Form Service (by clicking the „Send” or „Order advice” button), the User:
- Confirms that they have read the content of these Regulations and the Store’s Regulations.
- Gives consent for the Administrator to process their personal data provided in the Contact Form for the purpose of executing the Contact Form Service, answering questions, requests, remarks, or proposals directed to the Administrator.
- The User is obligated to use the Contact Form in accordance with the law, the provisions of these Regulations, the Website’s Regulations, and good practices.
- The User is obligated not to provide false personal data or data of another person without their permission. The User bears sole responsibility for the content of the data provided, including any violations of the rights of third parties.
§ 4. Complaints
- Users may submit complaints regarding the non-performance or improper performance of the Service.
- The Administrator is obligated to respond to the submitted complaint within 7 days.
§ 5. Personal Data

Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable law, including the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) as described in the Privacy Policy available on the website https://portbs.eu.
§ 6. Final Provisions
- Users are strictly prohibited from providing unlawful content, including in correspondence with the Administrator in the Contact Form.
- The Regulations are available on the Website free of charge in a form that allows Users to obtain, reproduce, and store its content using a telecommunication system.
